Support staff ensures 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the Academy until they leave. Serves as the main point of contact for all guests. The support staff must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and be proactive.
Duties will include but not limited to: checking guests into and out of the Academy, revenue optimization, fulfilling their requests during their time in the Academy, answering telephone inquiries, setting appointments, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule will consist of some days, evenings and Saturdays.
