“Every child is a different kind of flower, and all together, they make this world a beautiful garden.”
A few years ago, our community came together in a remarkable way to honor the memory of a truly extraordinary child, Finley Baier. Finley possessed a heart as vast as the ocean and a smile that could brighten even the darkest days. He embodied qualities such as passion, kindness, love, and boundless energy. His life was an adventure, filled with explorations, dirt bike rides, and fishing escapades with his dad. Finley had a special affinity for shopping for shoes, whipping up delicious meals, and getting his hair styled by Mark P, alongside his mom. Not only was he the most loving big brother, but he cherished his sister with all his being. Finley had a unique gift for making everyone around him smile, and he left an indelible mark on the world.
On July 19th, 2020, a tragic accident occurred, and Finley’s bright light was extinguished far too soon. We are determined to keep Finley’s legacy alive by supporting other children who are facing difficult times and enduring their own challenges.
We are profoundly grateful to all the individuals who joined us on this journey to honor Finley’s memory. Through the month-long event hosted by TSPA Appleton, we collected toys and received generous monetary donations. Your contributions will be donated to The Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, a place where hope and healing are offered to countless children in need.
To all who gave, whether it was $5, $10, or even more substantial amounts, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your generosity has not only helped us keep Finley’s legacy alive but also made a significant difference in the lives of children who are facing adversity. We are immensely thankful for your support.
If you were unable to contribute financially or with items, your support in sharing this post has also played a crucial role in spreading awareness about our cause. Together, we are creating a world that continues to be touched by Finley’s spirit, where love and kindness prevail.
From the depths of our hearts, thank you for being a part of this journey and for helping us make this world a more beautiful garden for all children.”
