Awarding Beauty School: TSPA Appleton Sweeps The Awards During the Annual SPEC Awards Banquet

Strength. Bravery. Determination. Persistence. Unstoppable. Are a few words to describe The Salon Professional Academy Appleton and the AMAZING team that came together to achieve great things over the last year. We all know that 2020 was a year for the books. 2020 was a year of change, trials, and challenges followed by countless wins, exponential growth, incredible teamwork, and unwavering strength. Our students persevered and trusted us through a global pandemic and learning how to operate during an unfamiliar time. We rallied together, and ended the year of 2020 stronger than ever before. It is times like those that we are reminded how important it is to stick together as a family. We prevailed.

Each year the TSPA Franchise gets together for an awards ceremony to celebrate each others greatest accomplishments. TSPA Appleton was fortunate enough to be recognized for many awards that include but not limited too: Growth Achievements, Admissions Director of the Year award, Unstoppable award, and The Academy of the Year. Our hearts are filled with so much gratitude and thanksgiving for the opportunity to be recognized as winners of these prestigious awards.  We could not have done it without the strength of the students, their trust and of course each other.

It gives us great pleasure to announce our very own Michaela Michalski as Admission’s Director of the year!

She was chosen out of many amazing individuals all over the country. We are so happy to celebrate her today and every day, The joy she brings to the students from the start of their journey at the academy, all the way through their job placement is beyond measure.

Michaela’s dedication to TSPA Appleton, her passion, inspiration to others and drive are what set her apart and shows how deserving she is to have won this award.

Michaela is not only a great support to our current students and staff but her willingness to take on and support and assist so many other admissions directors in the other Academy’s is by far admirable.

She is fearless, passionate, and confident as well as dedicated to pleasing all those around her. She always has everyone’s best interest at heart.

She is UNSTOPPABLE and we are so very proud of her! We know she will continue to inspire others around her every day, and we could not be happier for her to hold this award and be a part of TSPA Appleton.
